In 2013, Sya and her sister Chen arrived at Stichting Leeuw from an animal park in Poland. The animals had nowhere to go and for that reason the foundation took care of them.
Sya likes to keep an eye on everything from above. The higher she sits, the safer she feels. She is shy and sometimes does not show herself. She often does not like people walking past, which she then shows by waving her tail. Sya loves good weather and then lies contentedly sunbathing on the roof of her little house.
